MY NETWORK'S PROJECT: IT´S A BLOG
In order to be able to launch a network, I made a blog dedicated to the
productive stage to trainees from the Centre.
But the information I want to emphasize or Sena community taking into
account is the attention of learners to make his stage practice as
entrepreneurs, not as employees or workers, who are hired for six months or
even that leave them working in these companies as employees, but that they
know successful cases by other apprentices who risked out of context and today
not only have their own company but they have personnel in charge.
So this is my blog, initially created to meet a requirement for the
degree project of our course of pedagogy at HAAGA-HELIA, but to investigate and
speak with our community I see it as part of my daily work as an instructor,
which should not convince that the trainee acquires knowledge but that this
knowledge to apply it for your benefit.
http://seguimientoepcegafe.blogspot.com.co/MY NETWORK PROJECT
1. Under the Regulations of the trainee, Chapter 5, Article 7, there are six ways to develop their productive stage in which the student applies, complements, strengthens and consolidates its powers, in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities, attitudes and values. Unfortunately the learner prefers to do it in an apprenticeship contract.
2. How to choose those alternatives?• Introduce the permanence of the Apprentice in the practical stage can be managed with access to any of the alternatives, or a combination of several of them during training.• On one side it is doing so in an employment contract, receiving at least 100% of the minimum wage, which can be managed through Public Employment Agency. On the other is the internship to support national, territorial state institution or NGO to a nonprofit entity or a MSME, to carry out practical activities associated with its training program and the development of a productive project into a training environment provided by this institution, where the learner does his own agreement with the institution on the conditions of stay, ie payment of any financial assistance or in kind.• According to the regulations established in the institution, the development by monitors by SENA apprentices in the fields that are related technologically to its training program, whether in a training center SENA in another educational institution or in a Technopark or a Tecnoacademia will be referred as an alternative to the practical stage. In this case the certificate of compliance activities MONITORING provides the Deputy Director of Center• Finally emphasize that there are two good opportunity to develop not only as a learner but as a businessman, using the possibility of obtaining seed capital, through the Fund to undertake driving a family production unit or participation in a production project, or SENA - Enterprise, SENA SENA or supplier or production facilities.

3. The proposed model makes the learner knows and see the positive aspects for their productive stage waiting to be used not only create and operate their own business. Based on the Constructivism theory applied in the Sena Formation principles of Integral Training: The Integral Development (with himself, with others and with nature), the construction of knowledge but especially the third one is the performance: be is evidence of the application of knowledge in practice; it is expressed by acting Apprentice based on the combination between theory (knowledge) and practice (do), to which it is inherently a solid foundation of basic skills, they refer to attitudes and ethical behavior, communication assertive, ability to lead the process, to make decisions, solve problems, among others.

Thus the tools provided by the Seine in its training program is suitable for development in the workplace, finishing his education and so be ready not only for their benefit but to be part of a society and thus contribute positively in it.
4. In a meeting with the Assistant Director, the coordinators and the leader of the Centre planning, creating a blog disclosure productive stage, which are involved in the network roject was approved:
5. What I did was a blog, recognizing the need for disclosure of the various ways for learners to realize their productive stage, supported by knowledgeable instructors successful cases of trainees who chose to develop in his family business and creating their own company Undertake across the bottom; These interviews were conducted apprentices. This blog will be part of the induction of apprentices. This networking has been developed through direct and telephone interview, in order to know the views and inquiries of instructors, apprentices and Seine community in general to know the different alternatives for developing the productive stage. It stressed that the support from the Deputy Director and other directives of the Centre has been positive and are willing to supply any information.

MY TEACHING PRACTICE PLAN
This method which I used is that I have christened "classified ad", in which each apprentice is offered, reporting some features like qualities, family, likes, among others, with the purpose that the teammates guess who it is. I chose this break-ice bearing in mind when I go to the group already have time to share and had been known.
For the tree, is located in the leaves post-it green as positive and in the trunk (the pink) negativity follow a regulation.
The video is about the regulation of apprentice, the production stage is part of it, so the importance of doing an introduction of the rules in general.
Unfortunately the shots were thus turning I all the time in the classroom, but also I approach each one in order to answer questions and help argue the responses.
The first activity (the classified ad), is one hour, including writing and reading, guessing who is the author
The evaluation of the activity is important all the time, so it should be not only verbal but also written feedback at any time.
The activity of the post-it like it is a new activity for them. Work something different and novel makes to pay more attention at the required times.
It be only a male student already is common in my area because as it is secretarial and administrative assistance are profiles nearly than female, and am already really used (and I'm sincere I like as well)

MY REFLECTION 2030
2030 according to the readings, we as teachers, guides, mentors, teachers, parents have a very important key to changing the world situation and role. The task is not only in the classroom but also outside as part of a society. To my thinking society it requires drastic changes. Where everything is relative and were not interested in the general welfare but particularly the staff.
We realize so many dramatic and worrying situations that happen in our country, in our region, where economic interests banish thousands of Colombians from where they once had laid their hands. Colombia is seeking peace, a peace that although yearn every day is further away. For the protagonists have not found a way to show the world their desire and decision to lay down arms. Always find an excuse. One excuse as they have for us not to change our bad habits and bad behavior.
Where no glimpse the radical change that we have every day, in terms of technology, because by acquiring an electronic device, a car, a television, a phone, a PC, and the next day are being replaced by newer models. We are not prepared for so many climate changes, because at the time the rain now remain with summer clothes are used. Where families are becoming smaller and we have the biggest house, where the economy will never be closed, but the increasingly open and global contrast, where the digital era is moving our physical contact, each Again less visual and kinesthetic. So we must prepare. Prepare for shortages of non-renewable resources, gas, oil, water. By God, will humanity be without these vital resources.
So our role we should not try to change the world because that's impossible, but if our environment in our workplace in our training environment by providing a bit to that change happens not only on us but also on those 30 apprentices, good in 15, 5 or at least that with our support and interest we allow even a single apprentice change your daily war for a better world for him.

OUR WORKSHOP
In fact, the teamwork is very difficult when we do not have much contant with the rest of the group. It was difficult to agree to meet and decide the methods that we use for our class with our partners. But finally as good professionals agree a bit of everything, and maybe that betrayed us for wanting to do and show punished us much time. Everything in life is education and it was a nice experience for all teachers feel the teachers. As for the socialization of other groups it was very gratifying to know of the excellent knowledge and abilities of the companions and their methodologies as it shows that the Sena have the best. Política cultural en Colombia
http://www.jorgeorlandomelo.com/politicasculturales.htm
World skills, applicatte, olimpiadas matemáticas, Fórmula Sena-eco; cocina
As in my essay delivered in the month of October, I would like to return
to a video that shared fernando aldana in our mind 42, which circulates on the
internet, called "why the Colombians are so poor?
Where it is concluded that lack of discipline, by the desire for life
(including money) is for the quick and easy way. Unfortunately it is so, we
have become accustomed that everything we have it with grant, and the posts of
popular election candidate, takes it as a banner offering and give things
(even) houses in Exchange for a vote.
The problem of education in Colombia is not now, it has always been the
same is the lack of opportunities for all. Public education was formerly free
and passed only the best. Although the filter is now big obviously that the
only way to free training in Colombia is the Seine. In order to attract
apprentices, the Seine them motivates through initiatives such as World skills,
applicatte, Math Olympics, Seine-eco Formula; gourmet cuisine Colombia, among
others. in these competitions the Seine rewards them with economic stimulus to
continue their college careers, travel abroad or domestic. It also gives them
monetary aid for its sustainability with programs like some, support of maintenance
and a national programme for young people in action and others to assist them
with their maintenance stage teaching or training; which are designed to
encourage learners to continue their training, because many times by poverty or
because they have no financial backing are removed; for this they must meet
academic requirements and attitudes, which are evaluated by their teachers and
classmates.
Social differences are evident in education because as it says in one of
the articles that I shared, private schools are the best in national ranking.
Leaving much more down the public. As in my Department, the best educational
entities are now private. Years ago the best College, with national renowned
bore the name of our Department, the Colegio de Boyacá. This because the laws
protected and valued education, children and young received additional training
in sports and music, what he did was educate comprehensive students. Now
everything is extra. The Conference live them changing all day half day is
tomorrow or later, according to the President of the day. This addition to the
families, many times parents without education, do not provide their child culture
but are unfortunately few aspirations doing that their children do not come out
of its origins, not to forget its past but that this will make them strong for
another path.
Incredible, really incredible that our country with so many riches not
only material but above all human is so poor. A country where although schools
and colleges are filled with students, the streets remain flooded from begging
and worse still learning to steal and Rob to their fellow citizens, in where
are made to kill children and adolescents or kill by a cell phone, a wallet or
a Briefcase of student.
Lack of opportunities? Yes maybe, but also desire to get out of the same
vicious circle, in where absence of a good example in their homes prefer to
carry of the day to their home to eat or feed Vice, to leave the place where
they were born.
For me it is difficult, if not impossible, to our educational system
change. We are not, nor will be somewhat similar to international models. We
would have to change absolutely everything. The Sena is just a grain of sand
in the vastness of the Colombian education
KOLB
Kolb model "Experimental Learning" (Kolb 1984). Supposed to learn something must be working or processing the information received. Kolb said that, on the one hand can set off:a) In a direct and concrete experience., b) From an abstract experience, which is what you have to read about something or when someone has: The experiences have concrete or abstract, is become aware when manufactured any two ways: a) Thought and thinking about them., b) actively experimenting with the information received.

CONTRUCTIVISM
CONSTRUCTIVISM
Constructivism contends that learners form or construct their own understandings of knowledge and skills. Perspectives on constructivism differ as to how much influence environmental and social factors have on learners’ constructions. Piaget’s theory stresses equilibration, or the process of making internal cognitive structures and external reality consistent. Vygotsky’s theory places a heavy emphasis on the role of social factors in learning.
What Is the Role of Memory?
Constructivism has not dealt explicitly with memory. Its basic principles suggest that learners are more apt to remember information if their constructions are personally meaningful to them.
What Is the Role of Motivation?
The focus of constructivism has been on learning rather than motivation, although some educators have written about motivation. Constructivists hold that learners construct motivational beliefs in the same fashion as they construct beliefs about learning. Learners also construct implicit theories that concern their strengths and weaknesses, what is necessary for learning to occur, and what others think of their capabilities (e.g., parents, teachers).
How Does Transfer Occur?
As with memory, transfer has not been a central issue in constructivist research. The same idea applies, however: To the extent that learners’ constructions are personally meaningful to them and linked with other ideas, transfer should be facilitated.
Which Processes Are Involved in Self-Regulation?
Self-regulation involves the coordination of mental functions—memory, planning, synthesis,
evaluation, and so forth. Learners use the tools of their culture (e.g., language, symbols) to
construct meanings. The key is for self-regulatory processes to be internalized. Learners’ initial self-regulatory activities may be patterned after those of others, but as learners construct their own they become idiosyncratic.
What Are the Implications for Instruction?
The teacher’s central task is to structure the learning environment so that learners can construct understandings. To this end, teachers need to provide the instructional support (scaffolding) that will assist learners to maximize their learning in their zone of proximaldevelopment. The teacher’s role is to provide a supportive environment, not to lecture and give students answers.
