MY NETWORK'S PROJECT: IT´S A BLOG


In order to be able to launch a network, I made a blog dedicated to the productive stage to trainees from the Centre.  But the information I want to emphasize or Sena community taking into account is the attention of learners to make his stage practice as entrepreneurs, not as employees or workers, who are hired for six months or even that leave them working in these companies as employees, but that they know successful cases by other apprentices who risked out of context and today not only have their own company but they have personnel in charge. 

So this is my blog, initially created to meet a requirement for the degree project of our course of pedagogy at HAAGA-HELIA, but to investigate and speak with our community I see it as part of my daily work as an instructor, which should not convince that the trainee acquires knowledge but that this knowledge to apply it for your benefit.

MY NETWORK PROJECT


1. Under the Regulations of the trainee, Chapter 5, Article 7, there are six ways to develop their productive stage in which the student applies, complements, strengthens and consolidates its powers, in terms of knowledge, skills and abilities, attitudes and values. Unfortunately the learner prefers to do it in an apprenticeship contract.
2. How to choose those alternatives?• Introduce the permanence of the Apprentice in the practical stage can be managed with access to any of the alternatives, or a combination of several of them during training.• On one side it is doing so in an employment contract, receiving at least 100% of the minimum wage, which can be managed through Public Employment Agency. On the other is the internship to support national, territorial state institution or NGO to a nonprofit entity or a MSME, to carry out practical activities associated with its training program and the development of a productive project into a training environment provided by this institution, where the learner does his own agreement with the institution on the conditions of stay, ie payment of any financial assistance or in kind.• According to the regulations established in the institution, the development by monitors by SENA apprentices in the fields that are related technologically to its training program, whether in a training center SENA in another educational institution or in a Technopark or a Tecnoacademia will be referred as an alternative to the practical stage. PLANNING PROJECT IN MY CENTER








PROBLEM:


There is not planning to monitor the productive stage of apprentices

OBJECTIVE:
Steps to unify track production center stage, as to not have a procedure to this end, we do it all instructors differently. Alternatives to release the development stage of production and requirements. Defining and publicize to know different stages of format planning, monitoring and evaluation productive stage.
